  • He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Bristol County Bar Association.
  • Attorney Whynacht has a business background that includes banking and brokerage operations, including overseeing the margin lending department at one of New England's oldest discount stockbrokers. Russ earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts. He and his family are lifelong residents of southeastern Massachusetts.
